We moved to San Diego from Milano in 2015 to open a small restaurant in North Pacific Beach. After 5 years of hard and successful work at the restaurant, we decided to move onto a new adventure with the idea of Italian fast food. Our vision was to provide high quality sauces prepared in house at the restaurant and homemade pasta made with semolina flour. Watching our business grow and succeed has been a very humbling, rewarding process.
The opportunity to introduce and continue to satisfy both new and returning customers with Pastiamo’s homemade Italian creations is a very fulfilling experience.
